EXTRACTED AIR IN MOVEMENT
For more than 65 years COLASIT has been providing backup for responsible companies in their treatment of moist, strongly-smelling
or toxic-laden extraction air such as it is to be encountered in many branches of industry or laboratories. As a comprehensive supplier
we have at our disposal a comprehensive fund of know-how and a complete range of ventilation components made of corrosion-
resistant synthetics, as well as having our own assembly teams.

COLASIT advises engineering offices, ventilation companies, plant constructors and manufacturing businesses – all the way from
planning up to implementation – and also, from one office, provides an interface-free series of work sequences. As a traditional
synthetics supplier we are in a position to advise you on the selection of materials. Depending on the degree of contamination in the
extraction air we can provide PP, PPs, PPs-el, PE, PVC or PVDF

PIPING NETWORKS FROM COLASIT
For conventional piping networks commercially available synthetic piping and shaped units are used. Special components will be
made by us in our own manufacturing facilities.
We have also acquired additional skills in underground piping and earth-tube collectors. These provide ideal solution approaches
when space is tight or where there is pre-processing of the input air by means of geothermal energy.

CONDUIT NETWORKS FROM COLASIT
When space is tight conduit networks of angular construction can be used, with optimal design to suit the space available.
A well-versed manufacturing team guarantees quality and rapid supply deadlines.

HEAT EXCHANGERS FROM COLASIT
Residual energy contained in exhaust can be fed back into the energy cycle using heat exchangers. In this way, you save on energy
costs and preserve the environment. COLASIT synthetic heat exchangers are durable due to their chemical resistance and
cost-effective to maintain thanks to extreme ease of cleaning.

VENTILATORS FROM COLASIT
COLASIT is worldwide the most significant supplier of ventilators for industrial applications made from synthetics. 11 models
